How do I order coaching on your website?

Explore the game category and choose the coaching program that interests you. Select the training option, review the session details, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your contact information, choose a communication method, and complete the payment. Once your order is confirmed, your coaching plan is officially scheduled.

What happens after I purchase a coaching session?

Our support team will contact you through your preferred communication channel to confirm details and ensure your session is set up correctly. You may also join our community chat to speak directly with support or your assigned coach. Once everything is arranged, we will schedule your coaching session at a time that works for you. If your training requires multiple sessions, our team will help organize them so you can continue playing freely outside your scheduled coaching time.

How are coaching sessions conducted?

Each coaching session is completed live by our verified professional coaches. Can I choose when my coaching session happens?

How can I track my coaching progress?

How do I know when my coaching program is completed?

We will notify you once all scheduled coaching sessions are finished. Your order is marked as complete only after you confirm satisfaction with the training provided. You may also leave feedback to share your experience and help us continually improve our services.

What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel my coaching order?

If your coaching session has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund. If your training has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on how much of the mentoring has already been completed, minus a small service fee.
