By purchasing any coaching session, guide, or educational service, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of the website.

2. Nature of Our Services (Educational Only)

Kurrenzy provides:

✔ Coaching sessions
✔ Gameplay education
✔ Strategy lessons
✔ Mentorship
✔ Skill improvement guidance

We do NOT:

✘ Log in to customer accounts
✘ Play on behalf of customers
✘ Obtain in-game items or rewards
✘ Interfere with game systems
✘ Provide boosting, power leveling, carries, or any gameplay completion services

All sessions are strictly educational, and customers must participate actively.

3. No Affiliation with Game Publishers

Kurrenzy and MmonsteR LTD are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

• Blizzard Entertainment

• Riot Games

• EA

• Ubisoft

• Activision

• Any other game publishers

All game trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

Our services do not modify, alter, or interfere with any game publisher’s systems.

4. Communication

By using the website, you consent to communication through:

• Email

• Discord

• WhatsApp

• Other messaging platforms

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on kurrenzy.net—including text, graphics, images, logos, and guides—is owned by MmonsteR LTD or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

6. Coaching Sessions & Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Participate personally in coaching sessions

• Provide accurate account and contact information

• Follow coach instructions respectfully

• Maintain a stable internet connection

• Understand that progress depends on their own skill, effort, and participation

We do NOT guarantee:

• Rank upgrades

• In-game achievements

• Unlocks or items

• Match outcomes

• Any specific gameplay result

Our coaches provide guidance, not performance delivery.

7. Prohibited Activities

Customers may NOT:

• Request boosting or gameplay completion

• Ask coaches to log into their accounts

• Share login credentials

• Request illegal, unethical, or ToS-violating actions

• Harass or threaten coaches or support staff

Violation may result in suspension without refund.

8. Order Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the appointment.

• Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and are non-refundable.

• If a coach becomes unavailable, we will reschedule or provide an alternative coach.

We do not provide refunds after a session has been delivered.

9. Billing, Anti-Fraud & Verification

To protect against fraud, we may require:

• Identity verification

• Email confirmation

• Phone confirmation

Suspicious or high-risk orders may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only when:

• A coaching session has not yet been delivered

• A duplicate payment is made

• A technical issue prevents the service from being provided

Refunds are not granted for:

• Customer skill level or performance

• Personal dissatisfaction with results

• Missed sessions

• Violations of these Terms

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before opening any dispute, Customers must contact us at:

We will work to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

If a dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide documentation proving service delivery.

All legal disputes shall be resolved in the United Kingdom.
