Explore the game category and choose the coaching program that interests you. Select the training option, review the session details, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your contact information, choose a communication method, and complete the payment. Once your order is confirmed, your coaching plan is officially scheduled.
Our support team will contact you through your preferred communication channel to confirm details and ensure your session is set up correctly. You may also join our community chat to speak directly with support or your assigned coach. Once everything is arranged, we will schedule your coaching session at a time that works for you. If your training requires multiple sessions, our team will help organize them so you can continue playing freely outside your scheduled coaching time.
Each coaching session is completed live by our verified professional coaches. They guide you through strategies, demonstrate techniques, and help improve your gameplay through voice call and/or screen share. No one logs into your account — all guidance is educational and skill-based. Our team monitors quality to ensure every session remains safe, compliant, and helpful.
Most coaching sessions are designed to provide significant progress within a single training period. Some goals — such as mastering advanced mechanics or complex builds — may require multiple sessions depending on your personal learning pace. Your coach will always provide clear expectations and realistic timelines based on your objectives.
Yes. Coaching sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you and your coach. Because each session is delivered live, we recommend following the agreed schedule to ensure you receive consistent and effective training. If you need to adjust the timing, simply contact support before your session begins and we will help reschedule it.
You can monitor your progress in your account dashboard, where session updates and schedules are displayed. You may also request additional details from our support team, such as upcoming session times or goals for the next lesson. Progress updates are always available on request.
We will notify you once all scheduled coaching sessions are finished. Your order is marked as complete only after you confirm satisfaction with the training provided. You may also leave feedback to share your experience and help us continually improve our services.
If your coaching session has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund. If your training has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on how much of the mentoring has already been completed, minus a small service fee. Refunds may be returned to your original payment method or converted into platform credits for future coaching services. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Yes. Our coaches never ask for your account password, and all sessions are done through screen share or voice communication. Your information remains fully secure, and we never share personal data with third parties.
